Creative Cocoon
Workshops to foster and express the creativity inside of us
Do you like the feeling of being wrapped in a warm blanket? How about drinking a steaming cup of hot chocolate? That’s the feeling I’m aiming for in my upcoming, virtual Creative Cocoon: Finding Light in the Darkness.
Lately, I’ve been hearing from folks who are tired, worried, sick, and stressed. With daylight savings bringing darkness earlier, global conflicts on our mind, and the end of the year fast approaching, it’s no wonder things are feeling overwhelming.
Just when we long to coast gently into hibernation, we feel a pull to finish those final projects, meet goals for the year, and begin the flurry of holiday preparation.
That’s why I’m hosting a Creative Cocoon this December. A space for you to take a load off and experience a supportive space. If an hour and a half of coziness sounds good to you, I’d love to invite you to join me for guided meditations, writing/art prompts, and a supportive group space to let your shoulders drop and your eyes gently rest.
Plus, all Creative Cocoon participants will receive a FREE workbook with additional prompts to help you continue to reflect and embrace creative coziness.
FAQ
Who is this for?
Anyone! You don’t need to have any special interest or skill level in writing/art to participate. These will simply be the tools we use to access a cozy feeling within.
What will we do?
This virtual Creative Cocoon experience will include guided meditations, writing/art prompts, and a supportive group environment. You don’t have to be an “artist” to participate in a Creative Cocoon. I believe that tapping into creativity helps us in all aspects of life, and that’s just what I will help you do. As a participant, you will also receive a free workbook following the event to continue your creative reflection!
How much does it cost?
The Creative Cocoon hour-and-a-half session costs $40. Until December 1st, use the coupon code “coziness” to receive $5 off this already amazing price! Unfortunately, I will not be able to provide refunds for this experience if you are unable to attend. However, if you would like to switch dates, I am happy to let you do so! Just email ana@vidinavisionsconsulting.com to receive the link for the alternate day and time.

Calling all therapists and healers:
Are you a therapist or healer who feels like your creative practice takes a backseat to your work? You might feel stuck between these two important parts of yourself, or that you can’t prioritize your creativity in the way you’d like.
You want to make time for creative expression—the stillness, the catharsis, the flow that happens when you get in the zone of making—but you find it’s always the first thing to go when life happens.
If this resonates, then our upcoming Creative Cocoon workshop series is for you! At the end of four weeks you’ll feel a greater harmony between your therapist/healer and creative parts and have new ideas about how to incorporate your creativity into your life.
Join Ana Vidina Hernández, Ellen Line, and other therapists and healers like you, as we enter this Creative Cocoon together. We’ll explore and celebrate your therapist/healer and creative selves, hold space to identify your needs and dreams, and move toward integrating these parts so that you can experience a sense of wholeness and satisfaction.

Ellen Line, LCSW-C, is the founder and creative behind ROAR Wellness Co., her psychotherapy practice and the ROAR Co.mmunity, a nurturing online space that helps folks heal relationship trauma. She’s been a creative for as long as she can remember, and while therapist is a newer identity, she’s been embracing both for the past year. She has facilitated groups with folks ages five to eighty five in a variety of settings and about a variety of topics. She loves to guide groups toward healing and personal growth. She’s currently slightly obsessed with making DIY renovations to her 100-year-old Baltimore row home.
