After having gone through The Artist’s Way three times, and currently in my fourth time, I know the ups, downs, and in-betweens of the journey.

I use this experience, along with my social work background, to create a safe environment for you to feel supported and encouraged in your Artist’s Way journey.

I believe in you! And I’m so excited to support your creative recovery and see you blossom.

Here’s how it works:

1. You determine how frequently you want to meet. You can always schedule a first session with me and we can decide together what’s best for you!

2. You sign up for sessions on my calendar below. You can schedule all in advance, or schedule new sessions as you go, as long as I have time slots available.

3. You can change your session frequency (increase or decrease it) as it makes sense for you!
